Application process

At the Australian Institute of Business, we are committed to providing quality online, higher education and an exceptional experience for every student. The steps to enrolment are outlined below and additional information about applying to study and selecting your subjects is available within our Student Handbook, via our main site. Our Student Handbook also includes information on the existing payment methods, the support available and tools and resources you’ll receive as an AIB student.

Reserving your spot

Reserving your spot is the first step to applying.
Complete the online form to reserve your place in one of our upcoming intakes.

Start your online application

After reserving your spot there will be the option to navigate to our Online Application form straight away. You’ll also receive an email from your dedicated Course Advisor containing a permanent link to the application portal. Save that email for reference so that you can access it later!
To make your application experience easier, your answers are being saved as you go. You don’t have to complete your application in one sitting – you can return to the Online Application form at any time and pick up where you left off – safely and securely. No need for an account or login.

Upload your documentation and submit your application for review

Fill out the sections of the Online Application Form to provide information like your personal details, academic qualifications, and work experience. You’ll also need to answer questions relating to English language proficiency and how study will fit into your life (a short written answer summarizing how you plan to manage your studies). As a final step of the Online Application Form, you’ll need to upload a few supporting documents in color. Visit the Supporting Documents page to find out what documents you’ll need.

Receive your offer

After you submit your application, it’ll be reviewed by our Admissions team. You’ll be able to track the progress of your application via the Enrolment Tracker.

Accept your offer

To get things underway, you’ll need to formally accept the offer. Once you’ve accepted, the Enrolment Tracker will take you through your next steps.

Prepare for success

Before starting your first course and to get into the swing of things we recommend that you complete the Orientation Program. It’ll guide you through key aspects, study tools and provide you with the skills needed in your MBA learning journey.
