Sandra is a financial professional with 30+ years of experience in accounting, auditing and financial management, spanning various industries, including public accounting, sod farming and grocery retail. For the last 22+ years, her concentration has been in the construction heavy equipment rental industry, where she’s worked with exceptional leaders who helped develop and hone her finance and leadership skills, working in various capacities from Staff Accountant and Financial Analyst to Accounts Payable Supervisor and current role of Controller.

In 2022, Sandra completed her MBA specialised in HR. She embarked on this path not only out of her passion for imparting knowledge and fostering the growth of her team members but also due to her profound appreciation for the invaluable legacy of transmitting essential knowledge within an organization.
