Shuana completed her Ph.D. in Business Management (Emotional Intelligence) from the University of Bolton, UK, in 2021. Shuana has almost 16 years of teaching experience in Australian and International Higher education Institutions. She has obtained a Fellowship of Higher Education Academy (FHEA) from the UK. She has vast experience delivering face-to-face and online courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her sphere of experience covers developing and implementing new methods of teaching, designing and developing teaching materials, delivering lectures, setting and marking examinations, providing feedback, writing up research, and preparing it for publication. Shuana’s research interests include Emotional Intelligence, Employee Retention, Employee Engagement, and Work-life Balance.
