Tegan Wotton

Tegan is an accomplished People and Culture leader with over 10 years’ experience driving organisational success through strategic human resource initiatives across a broad range of industries and entity types. Tegan is currently the Associate Director, Workforce Planning, Diversity and Resourcing for a public system Health entity in NSW. She is also a local member for the Newcastle and Hunter Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) Committee in her spare time. Tegan holds a Bachelor in Business as well as an MBA through the Australian Institute of Business and is also a certified HR Practitioner (CPHR) with AHRI.

Passionate about giving back to the HR community, Tegan is open to mentoring professionals across the People and Culture field. She can assist with all things People and Culture, including strategic HR, workforce planning, succession and strategic planning. She’s also passionate about women in leadership and supporting the career development of others in the People and Culture field.
