As an experienced Consultant in operations and performance management, Francesca has over ten years of combined experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, customer service and aviation. As a result, she’s honed her ability to quickly adapt to changing demands and implement sustainable results through training and mentorship. Working full-time while studying full-time at a young age allowed Francesca to quickly develop the Project Management skills needed to succeed in the workplace.
